What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom branding?
For OEM projects utilizing our existing electric toothbrush molds, the standard MOQ is 1,000 units per color variant. For complete ODM projects requiring new tooling and custom PCB design, the initial MOQ starts at 5,000 units. We provide comprehensive support from prototype to mass production.
What is the standard production lead time?
Upon final sample approval and receipt of the deposit, standard mass production takes 25-35 days. For long-term partners with rolling forecasts, we can optimize supply chain management to reduce lead times to 15-20 days for repeat orders.
